Discussion: 15 Minutes to Fitness in February

Hi! I took the liberty of adding you to a Facebook group that a number of Attackpointers and others have joined. It's organized by Chris Laughren, aka DoubleDown_on11 on Attackpoint. No offence if you choose to remove yourself to reduce traffic on your news feed. I've joined mostly to encourage less active people develop some healthy habits, although it never hurts to have some incentive to get in 15 minutes of activity. I don't think you ever miss a day!

I noticed and will stay with it. I might make a point of 15 minutes of cardio type effort. It could be fun to play along.

I helped test the activity logging form yesterday. It will be very simple - click a checkbox to choose your activity, then enter the time spent. It all goes to a Google spreadsheet. I think the fun will be in the chatter on the FB group rather than the data. There are a lot of kids who have signed up and are excited. Chris is buying some prizes but now people have been donating prizes too, so it's grown into something bigger and better than he anticipated!
