The ACLU has filed suit on behalf of landed visa holders and was granted a stay by a federal judge. There's a copy of the paperwork on their website here. Trump's name right at the top. Its a beautiful thing to see. This only applies to the landed visa holders - ones currently here, as opposed to helping valid visa holders abroad who have so far been denied entry. And ultimately its unlikely to work. I think the State Department has the authority to revoke visas at will.

I was wondering how long it would take for this administration to run afoul of the Justice Department. 8 days. Did anyone have a pool going? Its just a toehold, but this is this way it will have to work. I'm wondering when and if Legislative will get involved. Eventually they'll have to do something about this lunatic.
