thats hard for me to wrap my mind around. seems like any exercise you do would stimulate appetite. Does the body only burn fat when carbs are exhausted - wouldn't that happen when you run past the depletion point? Not trying to upset the applecart, just trying to understand their thinking.
I was thinking of helping a friend with her weight loss goals. The first step was going to be impact free aerobic exercise like elliptical and some light weights. My thought was that losing weight that way was the priority, then move gradually to exercises that put more loads on the joints.
