I was at the Chicago "A" meet.

how was the meet, and how did the ragin go, I worked all week end at a swim meet, it should have been grerat weather, or at least that's how it looked through the window.

Chicago went well. I've never tried CF. There are some experts out there... I know Anna (her AP name) is one.

I started using the free demo than got the full program. I don't get to O as much as I would like I think that it help much like arm chair, but it's very interactive. It even simulates hitting trees. Give it a try, it's lots of fun, and you can have tournaments and compete against others.
