When you say 200m recoveries, do you walk or jog them? And so does that mean that your intervals are just rolling? As in, no complete stop?

depends on the day and how hard I go on the intervals. But generally try the jog recoveries. When I used to do these with athletics club or running groups, recoveries were much faster. I'm lazy in recoveries these days.
