It is so weird to see him now. I was at a podiatrist when I picked up a magazine and it said his streak was 37 years. Can't believe so many have 40 + years. Also hard to believe his heart is bad. She and time are grinding us down into dust

To keep my own lesser version of a workout streak (nov 15, 1984) do my own custom leg aerobic 'twirls' and loops plus foam rolling again. I took a chance on a new roller much firmer and it seems to be better. Helps with my MS acting right leg at beginning of run. Also do various position crunches and sit-ups. And finally back arches that seem to strengthen lower back AND hips
