I didn't realise it was your birthday when I saw you at orienteering. Hope you had a good day. Glad the girls enjoyed the junior parkrun. Difficult to motivate Haana now she has all the bands. They need a 100 run band!

Thank you! We went to my mum's after orienteering for lots of cake - always good! Rachel and Emma are just getting into the park runs now. Rachel has a cross-country race at school in March and is keen to train for it, which is fantastic!
