If you're full of phlegm then it should be the other way round. Do strength if you feel up to it, but skip on the high heart rate of the running intervals. Or do nothing but yoga, my favourite approach! Get well soon!

Yeah I didn't realize how bad I was feeling until after the workout and then I felt too awful to even do strength.
