I use the 10 Minutes to Zen videos all the time...particularly "Happy Hips." I'll check these new ones out for sure!

Looks like "Happy Hips" is the only yoga video posted on the Personal Best site. For the other 10 Minutes 2 Zen videos, check out Caron's Youtube channel. It has non-workout videos too but you can click on the 10 Minutes 2 Zen group of videos.

Yes, first town south of Myrtle Beach. Surfside Beach is a bit calmer and better grocery stores.

I was excited to check out the Happy Hips video because happy hips are the key to a happy Cristina. Clicked on it and now I know it's even better than I thought it would be because of the familiar mountains in the background! Awesome.

I didn't think about that - cool! Caron and Barrie have a condo in Tucson, and Personal Best hosts training camps there for 8 weeks in March/April. One of these years, I'd like to get there for the yoga/hike or mountain bike camp.

For anyone trying the 10 Minutes 2 Zen videos, they all assume that you are already warmed up except for the Sun Salute video, which is a warm-up. I usually start with just 5 minutes of Sun Salutes, then move on to another video. My hips like to be happy too!
