You seem to be enjoying this personal trainer more than the first time. Different personality? Or does it help to be at a gym rather than home? Hope this one continues to work out well for you.
Both probably help. The biggest difference though is that the other trainer didn't respect my time - frequently canceled or changed the time and day at the last minute. I didn't mind being a little flexible but it got so he was taking advantage of it.
I do like Kelly though - she seems to get what I can and can't do given my knees and other issues and pushes me a bit but not excessively. She pays attention and switches things up and I rarely do the exact same things from one session to the next so she keeps it interesting.
