When you say "trail intervals" - is the goal to run really fast on rocky, rooted trails?
Thanks. And yes Oing, aiming to improve speed through forest which I'm noticeably slower than top guys (or at least reduce pussy footing). It'd be better in bush but in Sydney where trails the alternate option these sessions were actually working well, injuries aside.
And Ondrej, no time for rest. MetroGaine in a couple weeks, Solitary Ultra a few weeks after, NZ a few weeks after that. 5 layers of tape just became 10.
