Ankle feels fine for now. 2 hour score on on Saturday, so we'll see how it does with that. If it's back to hurting, then it's on to the doc for sure.
Hip is getting steadily better. Just old man muscle strain as far as I can tell. And the irony is not lost on me that I likely did it while stretching.
Break from running was intentional, supported by weather lately.
