So once again Dr Tarno was right. Good to know what the pain was and that it isn't a major problem. Also good that Paula had you avoiding high intensity running. Small short multi week recoveries from injury are better than multi month injuries or illnesses.

I never had that problem because I only had the boot in the summer, but my guess would be thicc socks
