Looks like it's going well! How are you feeling on your runs the day after these sessions - is the volume affecting your running? Let me know, because if you're finding you have DOMs and aches we can think about decreasing the number of sets.
Since week two I haven't ever been too sore that it noticeable affected my running the next day. If anything I'd like to increase reps or weight.
You should be increasing the weight as you progress through the weeks. I would do the first reps at the same weight as the week before, then increase for the remainder. The only week you wouldn't do this is the final week, when you should step back to light weight - basically you're recovering by going through the movements, but not throwing a lot of weight around.
With increasing the weight you shouldn't need to increase the reps. The last set should feel hard but you should still be completing all the reps with good technique - if your technique is failing, back off on the weight.
