Just figuring out how to send messages on Attackpoint - my name's David and I'm on the national team as well. I'm from near Topeka, KS but I go to school at West Point in New York currently. The coolest place I've ever traveled was to Honduras two summers ago, and I'm interested in computer science (my declared major). I look forward to getting to know everyone on the team!
Hi, Caroline! My name's Brigitte but I go by Bridge, and I'm also at West Point. I'm from San Antonio, TX, the coolest place I've been to is probably Bottomless Lakes State Park right outside of Roswell, NM (highly recommend going if you ever get the chance), and I'm interested in geography/environmental science. Will you be going to Interscholastics/Intercollegiates next weekend?
Hi David! Hi Bridge! I am going to to Interscholastics/Intercollegiates, will both of you be going too?
Also, I live in Burlington, Washington. I'm in my Junior year of high school. The most specific interest I have so far is Science-- AP Chemistry is my favorite class. The coolest place I've ever been is Arches National Park in Utah.
Whoa, hold up, you actually like AP Chemistry?! I'm currently taking that class at my high school, and I can't say it's my favorite, more power to you, I guess. Look forward to meeting you at the Interscholastics! BTW I'm Dylan, from Liberty, Indiana.
@Dylan AGREED- I took AP Chem last year and we ended up cramming the last 5 chapters in 2 weeks! But hey, if you like it that's rad.
David and I and the rest of the West Point O team will be going to Interscholastics/Intercollegiates, so you'll be seeing us there! And that's awesome you like AP Chem; chemistry is a fascinating subject (I considered majoring in it for a while).
Hi Dylan, good to meet you!
David and Bridge, I remember seeing the West Point team at Interscholastics in Ohio last year, were you there?
Hey Caroline! I'm also part of the West Point club. My name is James, from Cypress, TX - about 45 mins outside Houston. I've been to Italy, New York, Costa Rica, Hawaii, Alaska, but I still love Texas the best. My major international history with a minor in German, and hoping to go abroad in two years.
That's awesome, James! You sound like you have a lot of fun with life.
Question: what do you do on planes to keep yourself entertained/pass the time?
