Nice to see training Gino! Do you have a specific focus when you go to the gym?

Of course, I usually focus on my upper-body when I lift weights, but I always make sure to do a set of squats as well. If I'm not lifting, then I'm focusing on my hill climbing with exercises like high resistance bicycling or repetitions of stairways.
