Great to see your training logged David. Thanks for being specific on your lifting exercises. Do you have a certain number of reps that you do?

With the Arvin workouts, they are normally 4 sets by 8 reps. I do increasing weight with each set, and then do a sort of a burnout set with high weight at the end.
