Hi - I was just looking at injury archives for advice on my groin/adductor issue and saw yours was related to the pubic bone! I have osteitis pubis and was wondering if this is what you had? The weak glutes is an interesting aspect :/ Was wondering if you had any advice would be so appreciated!
