Discussion: That's a lot of climb!

Hope the overtime penalty isn't too bad.

They have a nice system for this race -- on Day 1, the penalty is 3 minutes per minute late (so we start an hour later tomorrow). On Day 2, you start losing CPs.

We had a great day until the last hour and then the wheels completely came off (hence the 20 minutes of extra racing). Hoping for a bit of redemption tomorrow.

I find I'm a lot more cavalier about temperature swings when I'm starting warm. Frequently to my detriment.

It's funny, I'm usually way more cautious and conservative and usually end up with more clothes than I need. But of course, that one time... :)
