Can't you give yourself a chance to recover? Not more stress / strain?
I hate being inactive; I can't deal with it. It's too dull.
I Know exactly what you mean Mark, I probably should have missed yesterday as really been suffering today... so did nowt and end up bouncing off the walls!!
play the piano. read a book. watch a DVD. go to the pictures! (i walked - yes, walked - miles, to see La La Land when injured & bored - took care of nearly half a day)
anyway, i sense you're improving, so hopefully you've got away with it all again.
you weren't inactive today tho! you did a 10k race! i see my clubmate ob form, Mark D, won it. He's insanely fit these days.
