I took a more right line on #5. I ended up doing more climb than I needed and lost over a minute to Clive.
I find it very hard to pick the best route when there are multiple combinations of crossing points to choose from. Is this orienteering? What do people think?
Crossing points should enable route choices that were already there, rather than creating route choices. Otherwise you are just going to tempt people to ignore them, and get me confused.
