I am going to be starting the Spring Track season very soon and I am wondering what you think my goals should be for 1 mile and 2 mile. I'm also wondering what your goals are (if you are doing track).
What are you current times? Or what are your PRs from the last time you ran? For me, my goal for the mile is to run a sub 4:40 mile and a sub 10:20 2 mile time. During cross country I could run a 4:50 mile time and a 10:40 2 mile time.
Yea, I think I'll be going for sub-5:00 as my GOLDEN time.
I ran 5:15 last year, but it wasn't even at a meet (time trials).
