The physio had spoken about using a dumbbell for them, so I wasn't entirely sure what weight to be using.
50 wasn't hard, so I'll shove the weight up by a bunch and see. Though my glutes are underdeveloped in comparison to my quads, hence the hip issues.
I dont even know how this would be done with a dumbell
Just needs some weight on the hips I guess, doesn't really matter what form it takes.
