you'll extend the time period for this by some more practice, making sure O sessions are done at maximum mental intensity and good assessment afterwards

that is the hope anyway! There is still a good few more competitions to cycle through until the summer come around, so lots of opportunities for practice

Great reviews and analysis Spongey. Was just wondering once you identify the cause of an issue what process you then use to prevent it happening again?

Ive been thinking about this one all day. And im not sure I have a way of doing this particularly well - otherwise i would think i would be better by now.
I guess what I do now is be concious about trying to improve these weaknesses in the training sessions between races. But I'm not sure this always fixes things.

Do you have any ideas?
