hands down the most difficult place to orienteer in eastern Canada if not all of Canada. One needs to be mentally ready for this area and one needs to stay in contact. It would be good for you to get back there with Noah and hadron over the march break if possible. Set a line O and take it slow and try reading everything and then try some rough compass bearings on long legs. Actually getting out here as much as possible will be VERY useful. If you can run well there you can run well anywhere.

The main reason for all my mistakes like you said was most likely not being in a proper mind set before the race. I didn't start orienteering like I should be to the very end. But yes I'd definitely like to get out here again.
