Did you benefit from our training last year on the map?

I'm sure. We had one control on a thicket near the big pond, and I had a good mental picture of that area.

Gee that Sunday race in the pouring rain sounds tortuous if not actually dangerous! My experience is that Europeans worry a lot less about personal injury than we do when they plan events. Good for you that you suited up, started, and finished well! I've done very few O events in the rain; but those I've done have been quite memorable! Hope this one ranks up there too.
