...is not to be able to run 1200s. It matters not a jot whether you're a couple of secs faster or slower over this distance compared to where you think you should be. So don't be beating yourself up over it - there are much more important things in life!
Ya thanks. I know what you mean but I feel like for the amount of stuff I'm doing, I should be a lot fitter than I am. And the run sessions just highlight that!
