William's shoes fell apart (both soles detached apart from 2 cm at toe end) after about an hour (he took 111 mins for 3.2km light green).
Helen completely lost numerous times took 113 mins for short Blue.

Sarah probably did suffer. It's sad to see a once-so-good runner shuffling along in pain. She also must have gone somewhere interesting on #6 (35 mins slower than my leg time!).
