Yoga cancelled! But sadly I'm completely knackered so no run tonight either!
Sorry, you cannot 'chug along' at 4:15 pace and claim to be unfit/slow/fat/injured etc. etc.
It was only briefly at 4:15 pace - within 10 minutes i was down to 4:50 again!!! On a flat road!
i always say I'm really light! (not fat!) (bloated from a curry is different - temporary) - see my climbing posts! Look at my post from Monday: "FIT LIGHT STRONG" !!
I have unticked the injury box!!!! Mwah!
Compared to Sherwood a year ago, when i ripped out a 3:48 km on the long leg including going off the path, I *am* mildly unfit..... def slower than usual.....
