Are you seeing smoke from the wildfires in North Texas?

Nondid not see any of that. But wow lots of deaths. That's sad. Very high winds down there last couple of days, must of made it up here today.

No kidding. Can you imagine trying to save your livestock...and that fire sweeps out of nowhere, and immolates you and your young wife?

Anyway, nice job last weekend! You beat Rick BAD!

Wow, they should of just waited and had a big steak fry. I'm thinking I will continue to keep branchs and tree limbs away from my house. Death in a fire is got to be real bad way to go.

Chi town why don't you have a hot tub in your basement ?? That would make your muscles feel real good. Good place to hide in a fire. You deserve one!

Thanks Rudy, may not run so fast, but can do ok orienteering sometimes. Do you have any Big O meets on your schedule yet?

no. maybe try next weeks local meet, see how it goes. like look of team trials terrain, but may be too difficult. I guess flying pig may be more forgiving.

Well if I put anything therapeutic in my basement it will be a sauna. But Sari keeps saying she doesn't want a half-assed sauna....got to have a clear, cold lake right outside the door! Tough to do in a city, especially one that prohibits private outdoor swimming pools.

Flying PIG!!! that's coming up and a lot closer!!

No Clark you want a hot tub. there is no lake to jump into and you should read about the therapeutic ness of a hot tub. warm up your body with jets massaging your tired overworked muscles. saunas just heat you up and dehydrate you. I know your married to a finn. The native Americans used to soak in hot springs...very therapeutic.
