Nope. 24 miles and 1000cal per hour is my min level 5 threshold
.. I thought about raising it when I was getting it often, but currently that's a good target!! ;-)

Different stat bike from the one FB was on, but i usually kick his a$$ on the ones at goodlife too

Well... I didn't have a warm up for mine :-)

... and as I recall you usually get out to a good lead and I pass you by the end as you F a d e ........... :-)

I checked out Willderness's big ride that he speaks of above but he lost me at April 11 and "bypass the Plunge". Dude, I rode that in spandex with my wife ;)

spandex!? I figured you'd be wearing jeans for sure....

Ive never actually ridden the plunge to be honest... I've heard lots about it but never actually put it together... Cant remember why I skipped it that day, but most likely a nav error over anything else.... If Vancouver keeps getting warm weather, then i'll probably get it in the next couple weeks.

I have ridden a few of the of the tougher trails in the area like "entrails" and the "icy hole of death" and I can't imagine its much more technical than them...
