Discussion: Ugh

The HVT was such a gem. Between the "improvements" and the highway, I haven't gone there in a couple of years. I feel bad for the people who built the original beautiful trail.

There's always the straight line bushwhack a la Goose and Phatty. Now that's a natural setting along the way as there are no trails to speak of!

So frustrating that they've ruined a lovely setting with a reasoning of 'access' when the collection of people who actually use the trail won't be added to significantly by newcomers seeking such 'access'.
