I hadn't even noticed...what was reason for the absence of running?
I hurt my hamstring when I did the marathon back in October. I took a few eeeks off but it was still bothering me in January (a less degree but still was impacting my running). Figured only way to get better was not running and doing hamstring stretches everyday. Went 6 weeks without running. Kept up the cardio using the elliptical, walking and a ton of spinning. Ran for my second time today. Ran slowly but felt pretty good.
