We have a decent group, 11 at last count, headed down.

Wow, that's awesome! I think it's been a long time since SMOC has had a group at the pig that big, right? Unless it's happened since after I moved.

I've never seen anything like this.

This is the first big party I'm aware of. Previously we were up to maybe a half dozen, to my knowledge, of your usual suspects (Igor, Al N, Mike K, Oleg, +/- Roddy or Jens).

For several it will be their first national event (Brenda, Barbara, Tim, Tom, Steve)!

I think it was 2009 or somewhere around there when the Pig had a relay event and we had a couple SMOC teams compete. That was a total blast.

Ah yes I remember that one, I was on a team with Rick and Dennis.
