Discussion: Control circles

Not good that there was no cutting of circles. The bell pits being the same size as control circles made this imperative. I'm surprised neither planner or controller spotted this. You'll note there was lots of control circle cutting on Saturday ;-)
Good effort on beating the 2nd team. Promotion for the JK?

Had an issue on that 21 as well (not as much as yourself though), had a look afterwards and never saw the contour underneath, must have been very well covered.

Was that number 75? It all makes sense now!

It was indeed number 75. I don't think cutting the circle would have done too much as the contour would have filled the gap in the circle? Maybe would have helped a bit but I think moving the control to the side of the hill maybe would have been better.
