pune si tu ceva gym, stretching, core- ca nu stii cum va fi peste vreo 20 de ani.. vorbesc din experienta mea.. acu vreo 15 ani nu faceam nici 15 de stretching pe luna..acum se pare ca is 'rusty' mai ales la core
