You seem to have this issue quite often, have you figured out why? Btw, you are getting bloody fast!
I think its a combination of nerves, the movement of running and bad meal timing. I never get it with any other sport that involves running (soccer, squash) and seems to only occur in fast 10km runs. Frustrating.
Yeah, I do all my fast sessions (intervals, fartleks, tempos) on an empty stomach - either just before lunch or just before dinner.
