I didn't realise they have to keep going after Melbourne, over the Snowys and all!
I think they climb both Falls and Kozi, can't believe that girl has gone back to the start. Crazy!
I guess the extra 1000km was just a warm up.
So "Juju" is back at Balladonia, 1054km done for the second time; and she passed somebody! She isn't last!
Clara and I tried to go see Kim in Melbourne today but failed, then I got a message from uk orienteering friend telling me that Adam used to be a member of FVO and I should go look for him!
A change in leaders as Mike Hall hits the front - could this come down to a sprint finish??
Kristof is nearly in Canberra - you going to go support??
We hope too! But... does he stop in Canberra or press on into the night?
Saw Kristoff with Aoife. He stopped at the BP in Watson to get chocolate milk and batteries for his lights. He was having difficulty opening the packet, so I offered to help but I couldn't do it either; he grabbed it back and tore his jacket in the process. I backed away quietly.
Great! and ooops. It's getting pretty exciting.
Very bad news. Race cancelled after Mike Hall killed by a car on the Monaro Highway.

It's just an awful way for it to end. Heartbreaking.
