Clara and I tried to go see Kim in Melbourne today but failed, then I got a message from uk orienteering friend telling me that Adam used to be a member of FVO and I should go look for him!

Saw Kristoff with Aoife. He stopped at the BP in Watson to get chocolate milk and batteries for his lights. He was having difficulty opening the packet, so I offered to help but I couldn't do it either; he grabbed it back and tore his jacket in the process. I backed away quietly.

Very bad news. Race cancelled after Mike Hall killed by a car on the Monaro Highway.

It's just an awful way for it to end. Heartbreaking.
