A note of sympathy and a ray of hope. I have periodic calf issues, and came to the Oz Champs I think 2015 with such. (Victorian mining.) I know that the only way thru is to walk. With the exception of the sprint and relay, the terrain was such that accurate walking was quite successful.

ATM I have hamstring issues:-)

But is Woodhill like that?

Just like Ozzies, they seek out the most complex bits.

Is it a fair course at 1:15,000 or have you broken that principle just like every other country in the world?

TheInvisibleLog:
That's an evaporating principle. I am now looking forward to ISOM 201X and its lack of definitive statements about scale.

I don't know tRicky, but for the masters champs, the IOF "senior event adviser" is an Australian. Are you saying that Australia breaks IOF principles?

tRicky:
We must do if not all of our maps are drawn at 1:15,000 and scaled accordingly.
