counting contours on my (intended) route choices got me close enough to 180m to round up to that. That was sunday night maths so I'm possibly a bit out!
Yeah I got 29 contours =145m which surprised me. 3% climb??? Would have to prefer these figures over Mr Garmin, his vertical is even less accurate than the horizontal. But even worse is the supposed HR from the wrist sensor. Have at last found some evidence that it can pick up your cadence instead of your pulse. That's much more likely than my heart exceeding the normal max for my age.
