Interesting! What is the rationale of not posting specific training? Would it give too much info to the competition?
Have a great week!
Yes that's exactly the rationale.
I guess they don't want other countries knowing where canadian athletes train, how often, at what intensities, etc.
Are you in Ontario this weekend?
National track defence in Milton Bash.
Which is likely to be more entertaining this time? The IP or the Kilo/500m? Maybe 'Bent and I could go down.
Btw you can set your Attackpoint log to be visible only to named friends. So you could continue to log here and share with just a few of us. (If I make the cut!) ;)
Ummm the Kilo has a more predictable time AND I can have a beer with you after it!
It's Sunday. This first event in the 2:30pm block.
The IP is Saturday mid 8:30am block. That block could go until 2. Hard to say when we will actually be up.
I didn't know I could make AP "private". Good to know. :)
Forgot - you need to make a $25 U.S. annual donation to Attackpoint to get a bunch of extra features, and I'm pretty sure that's one of the ones you have to pay for. (I've been a paid member for a long time so I forget which features are paid.) But anyway, if you want to keep talking with a few of us and even post private GPS tracks, that's a way to do it!
$25 annual isn't a big deal.
We might be able to get there on Sunday. Can we buy tickets at the door? I don't see a place to buy them online.
If it is a charged session, you can buy at the door. Many sessions have been free for spectators in the past.
I don't believe they charge for junior and para events.
We're aiming to be there on Sunday! Veinbuster, are you guys going too?
Yes. We are going for the Sunday 2pm session.
We're aiming to arrive at 2:15 for the 2:30 race. See you there!
We are the first race after the lunch break
