you could come out of this w the strongest core you ever had, if you are into that sort of thing...something to while away the hours
Once this swelling gets under control I will be doing as much core as I can get away with :). Right now I'm getting a good arm workout crutching myself around and tightening my stomach muscles as I crutch forward.....it's something anyways ;).
