Very interesting idea.....It would intimidate some people (but obviously not you!).

I was actually quite surprised at how normal or average the people were there, compared to CrossFit, for example, which I found really intimidating. It seems to appeal to people who are just looking for a few hours of exercise a week and are more motivated in a group setting, which is understandable. I'm interested to see what the next class is like!
