:) Awesome choice! I'm looking for a new bike and if they made the Element for 27.5, that would be right at the top of my list. Have fun!!

Why is it called Severed Dick?

That's a sweet bike! Probably seems like a monster compared with what you would race in Ontario. Told ya to check out Rocky now that you are living in North Van!
For a while, you will forget to use the dropper post, but once you get used to it, you wouldn't want to ride without it!

@ Hermes... in case you really wanted to know....
back in the days of V-brakes if a dude was getting WAYYY back behind his seat on the knarly downhill, his package could get caught on the wheel and pulled through the brakes... bringing him to and abrupt and rather life altering stop.

I understand it happened to more than one person!!!!!!!!!!! WTF!!!!?
.. that's like being the 2nd guy to cover himself in blood and jump into the shark tank

I just wanted to see how many times I could get you guys to write 'dick' in this thread. I'm immature.

What a dick move

Wish I'd thought of it

And here I thought it referred to jarring one's sensitive man bits on the back end of the seat upon landing one of the 3-4 metre-high drop offs. I'm such a rookie to these parts. I won't even get into what the c-buster trail refers to. The best part of both trails is that their names show up on some online mapping tools.
I think you're right, Mike. It'll take a while to get used to the dropper post. I don't know what the he77 to do with it at the moment. I'll learn. I signed up frto Nimby 50 in Pemberton in May, so I'd better improve by then.

Pro tip - you will probably need to use your dropper post for the Nimby 50:) if you want to pre ride the course, CO and I will hopefully be riding in Pemberton at the end of April...
