What are you up to? Are you getting better? Surely there must be some activity you can log? Core exercises, yoga, swimming, pool running, elliptical whatever...probably a whole lot you can do to stay fit?
Hey Rudy - life has interrupted.... was out of town week before last. lots of driving. rochester, boston, princeton, pittsburgh. managed to do mobility stuff regularly but not much strength. Fair amount of walking. got back late Saturday night and had trouble sleeping. That rippled through to Thursday. Busy at work too. Trying to get back into routine this week. If weather cooperates will start riding again this week. Run/walk in a couple weeks depending on how the hip feels.
