I would downgrade the knee supports to tubigrip - will still provide some support but also compression. Won't feel restrictive at all.
And rest properly this week!! I'm only doing a spin Wednesday, nothing else. (So it should just be my brain that screws me over this weekend, not my body.)
Yeah was thinking that would be a good way to go with the knees. I will spin Tues am to just keep legs loose then rest.
