I felt bad, I maybe went out a bit too fast and realized I almost killed my partner before the 20th flight so we took it in flights of 10 and made it up before 30 minutes! Cheesy moment but it's really cool to see someone work toward a goal and feel accomplishment (outside of this little community). We see it all the time with each other in our sport and I guess I kind of take for granted how sport and competition allows for so many opportunities for us...so this was really neat.

Fun indeed and next year I think it would be fun to try it as a competitor. (Look out, Hansel! ;) )

Did you see the grade 7 girl who won the female overall? She runs with our local track club - and high jumps with me. Aysia Maurice. Amazing. 12:54. I'll tell her you're chasing her down next year! Will you be carrying the baby on your back for that? Goose did that once. No one even checked his backpack and Tman never made a peep.

I saw an article about her. Wow!! And I did picture Hermes chasing her down next year.

goose is my hero!

Yikes! Not sure about doing it under 15:00.

I'll have to see what hansel's record is, I heard he was close to the record...

I think Bash and I did it many years ago, back in the Netron days (Late 80s?). I think I did 14 min. Hansel must be way under that.

Whoa! Speedy. I thought I heard someone say the recorded was under 8 minutes?
