Any idea at this point when you can run again? Must be frustrating. Good advice you got: If it hurts don't do it. I must remember that.

Now that I'm feeling so much better it is getting more frustrating, the first few weeks I was miserable enough that I didn't think about it as much. Just need to be patient now, he didn't give me a running guideline yet. See where I'm at in 4 weeks. The more strength I get back in the leg with swimming and eventually walking without crutches along with ankle flexibility the better chance I can run sooner.
I hope you are back to normal soon too!!!
