that makes you a 800/1500 guy. thats my universe too mostly. its not so bad, just keep at it. p.s. thinking of doing Chain of Rocks duathlon because, hmmm?, oh because of the two 1.5 mile runs and the challenge. would prob use the bike ride as recovery - not that i could bike fast anyway.
it's all a mind game, just have to adjust my expectations . . . focus on what I enjoy. I do enjoy going fast (relative to me), feeling good during the workout and improving. Just have to focus on that. I would feel good about a sub-6:20 run at Macklind, that would be an achievement at this weight.
