Hi Iain. I had to get out in the hills. Suppose I could have gone walking but seems to be ok running at slow pace. Trying to do speed sessions probably not doing any good but difficult to judge as don't feel pain in injured area whilst running - Just lacking strength and stability.

...actually felt better today so maybe I should stick to long slow hilly runs.
